TSP is pleased to announce that we are in A4e’s supply chain to deliver the Work Programme across Merseyside.  We are post assessment end to end provider, meaning that following an initial triage assessment conducted by A4e, clients assessed as requiring specialist drug or alcohol support to help them achieve sustained employment are referred to TSP.

On behalf of A4e, our Work Programme clients receive a menu of the following support to move them closer to the labour market:

Thorough initial assessment of need

Drugs & alcohol support, information, advice and guidance

Allocation of an experienced Employment Adviser

Regular contact, one to one support and access to group training sessions

Referral to treatment providers for prescription reviews

Criminal conviction disclosure advice and support

Anger Management, Communication, Debt/Money Management and Conflict Resolution skills training

Bespoke and individualised job-search and personal development courses, e.g. GOALS

Access to job vacancies and help with applications, interview techniques
