Synopsis
TSP endeavours to sustain and enhance its reputation by providing internal and external stakeholders with a clear and transparent synopsis of our fundamental quality assurance arrangements evidenced by recognised assessment, auditing and awarding bodies.
TSP embraces the opportunity of working in partnership with assessors of quality standards with both mutual respect and recognition of their aims and objectives.
TSPs Quality Assurance Team monitor and review standards throughout the company by providing fit for purpose robust Quality Management Information and Assurance systems. The team is to be commended, as in part it includes employees who attend on a voluntary basis offering their commitment and much valued contributions which are an addition to their contracted roles and responsibilities providing a very welcome loyalty statement to TSP.
Employee relations is such, that this loyal approach is far from uncommon, having numerous employees giving the extra mile whether this be to organisational needs or indeed most importantly the clients themselves. This culture is felt and recognised by many external assessing and funding bodies alike.
TSPs culture of encouraging a shared and non-ownership approach to activities has proven to be most prudent and advantageous allowing us to remain at the leading edge of the market, within our sector for quality assurance whilst costing the company very little in terms of financing the human resourcing of this vast area.
