Transit was established in 1994 and provides intensive support to substance mis-users to help them to move forward.
Activities centre around self-empowerment, confidence building and the development of employability skills.
Qualified and experienced staff guide the clients through the aftercare process and on to sustainable abstinence from illicit drugs.

All clients have an allocated a key-worker to offer support and guidance throughout their time on the project.
Travel expenses and lunch are provided
Eligibility criteria: recovered/recovering substance mis/users. Clients are required to be stable to attend the programme
The Programme runs for 12 weeks, 5 days per week, 10 am to 3 pm, hours arranged to suit the client.
