Funded through Liverpool City Council’s Supporting People, this innovative project is aimed at helping female street workers exit, via a variety of holistic interventions that includes: support and guidance regarding housing/welfare rights issues, education and employability skills, as well as emotional support in the form of counselling, assertiveness training, confidence building and healthcare advice.
Clients are given one-to-one support on an ongoing basis to help them prepare their exit from sex work. A full menu of training/work preparation activities is provided to develop employability skills.
